Mindy Lighthipe is a scientific illustrator with over 30 years of experience teaching nature related subjects. She currently teaches at the University of Florida and was the educational director at the New York Botanical Garden for 15 years where she taught 15 different subjects and developed curriculum. She has had a solo exhibit at the Florida Museum of Natural History and recently a solo show at Gallery Cero. She teaches on Zoom, in-person and through pre-recorded classes online.
